An employee brought an Employment Tribunal Claim against a Manager
of her former employer for constructive dismissal. The employee alleged
that her Manager allowed her to be exposed to sexual harassment by a member
of the public.
An investigation by the Health & Safety Executive was pursued
against the owner of a small electrical company. It was alleged that the
owner failed to properly supervise employees on site consequently
contributing to a serious accident to a third party.

themselves at criminal proceedings for negligent manslaughter following the
faulty installation of a gas central heating system, which led to
